The large kitchen provides ample space for hosting guests and cooking for the family. It holds a surprise moment with an arched opening to the pantry, where soft sage cabinets add a fresh, unexpected touch.

The office was designed as a moody escape with walnut countertops and Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore on walls, cabinetry, and even the ceiling—providing contrast to the light and airy main living spaces.

Entertainment Made Easy

Downstairs, the lower-level living room was designed as the family’s hub for movie nights, games, and gatherings. A dark board and batten feature wall grounds the space, adding warmth and depth while keeping it cozy.

In the primary suite, glossy pewter shower tile brings variation and texture, turning the bathroom into a calming retreat.

Rooted in Family History

A reclaimed brick fireplace anchors the porch, paired with a mantel beam salvaged from the client’s family farm barn. Outside, the pool and patio provide the perfect summer entertainment space for the whole family.
