We’re proud to share that Highmark Companies has received the Top 200 Workplaces Award by the Star Tribune, ranking 7th in the midsize category. Unlike other programs, the Top Workplaces Award is determined exclusively by employee feedback and is based on surveys emailed to company employees. Our team members were surveyed about key aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, communication, growth opportunities, and overall job satisfaction.
