Farmhouse living meets contemporary design

This sprawling, 40-acre property and truly one-of-a-kind two-story glass and limestone house has views of the nearby Credit River. However, it needed to be updated and a remodeled to better fit the family’s needs. The addition was designed to tie in seamlessly with the existing architecture.

Sweeping Views

This whole-house remodel + addition also included a partial remodel of the “Barn.” The addition included a 4-car garage, spacious exercise room + flex space and luxurious guest bedroom with en suite. The addition is accessed by a catwalk that floats over the existing living room/stairway. Exercise room is state of the art with beautiful arched wood ceiling detail and sweeping views of property.

Contemporary Industrial

Blending contemporary touches with industrial fixtures, the kitchen is every chef’s dream. Selections include Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, Dekton countertops with a mitered edge and charcoal-gray cabinetry to contrast the Kasota stone accents

Entertaining Space

What was formerly a horse barn has been transformed into the ultimate recreation center, including a kitchen and bath remodel. Now, the space serves as a game room complete with a golf simulator and classic arcade games. The new 4-stall garage has additional door on the back side that opens up to a sport court with stadium-style seating.

Master Suite

The updated master included an all new bath with walnut cabinetry, mitered-edge countertops, wall hung toilet, and freestanding tub on a teak platform. The showstopper is an eye-popping shower with half-round shape finished in glass mosaic tile.
