The large open kitchen includes custom painted perimeter cabinetry and a one-of-a-kind granite center island. Other unique touches include the cross detail in the glass cabinetry, arched sink valance, unique hood design with shelving and sink bump out.

Elegant Great Room

The focal point of the great room is the 42” gas fireplace with cast stone mantle surround and large marble tiles from floor to ceiling. Stunning stained wood boxed beams on the ceiling bring down the ceiling height and create an elegance to the room. All furniture was custom designed by Ruby+Suede Design studio.

Owner’s Bathroom

The owners bathroom includes dual sink vanity with lots of drawer storage. The drop-in soaking tub features an alcove of mirrors to reflect all the natural light from the windows. A spacious master shower includes a rain head for ultimate relaxation.

Owner’s Suite

The open master bedroom offers beautiful views of the exterior and lots of natural light. A patterned carpet and wallpaper combo makes this space unique to the homeowners. The large walk-in closet with center island has lots of open shelving for shoes, handbags, sweaters and all things folded.

The lower level includes a large walk up bar with sink and faucet. Custom cabinetry offers lit glass doors for a unique display of accessories. The family room features an oversized entertainment center with lots of shelving and LED lighting.

Porch & Deck

The ground level porch and above deck offer a large space for entertainment and gorgeous views of the backyard chicken coop and greenhouse. Screens in the porch allow for an open fresh air feel without the worry of bugs!
