Blended Design

This home blends contemporary living with cozy transitional design. The homeowners’ individual tastes were combined to create a space that showcases each of their styles.

Minnesota Roots

This property overlooks an open prairie where the homeowners like to relax and observe the MN wildlife. The octagonal shaped sunroom with floor to ceiling windows, beam and shiplap ceiling details and wood burning stove are inspired by a family cabin up north.

Natural Design Elements

A custom oak slat wall separates the foyer from the great room. The linear fireplace features floor to ceiling natural stone and reclaimed beams giving the room an earthy feel.

Beautifully Bright Kitchen

The kitchen features Sub-zero and Wolf appliances and Cambria countertops with a secondary prep sink in the island. Bright whites and neutrals with a blend of wood tones such and walnut cabinetry ties the kitchen to the rest of the home. The full glass, wine cooler includes custom designed racks and cabinetry to match the kitchen.

Owner’s Suite

The owner’s bedroom has a private balcony with Marvin French doors and full height windows for incredible views of the property. The bathroom is an oasis including heated floors, a steam shower, a soaking tub, and a sauna.

Lower Level Entertainment

The lower level includes full wet bar with a darker, speakeasy feel and a walkout patio. The space is designed for a young, growing family with plenty of spaces to entertain guests.
