Lake View Retreat

Nestled with stunning views of Spring Lake in Shakopee, this cozy cottage blends charm and modern comfort. Previously, the main level was an open loft to the lower level, which resulted in a lot of unusable square footage. We aimed to create a more functional living space by remodeling the home.

Outdoor Access

Due to the original home’s design, there was no access to the deck from inside the home. We adjusted the layout creating a walk out to the deck for easy access.
