These homeowners loved the location of their home, but needed it to better fit their personalities and lifestyle. We remodeled the kitchen and owner’s bath to blend their traditional style with the functionality they needed.

Before & After: Kitchen

The original kitchen was very warm toned with lots of out dated materials. We brought a modern touch to the kitchen with contrasting black and white cabinets. The floors are original cherry wood refinished to their natural color.

Copper Accents Throughout

The homeowners wanted a simple but comfortable space that fit with the rest of the home. The dining room has copper tile ceilings so we brought that touch into the kitchen with copper colored accents on the hood.

Before & After: Bath

The original bathroom was over the top and included many unnecessary elements. Taking those out left us with a large open space. The raised tub platform is one of the simple ways we broke up the space and made it unique.

A Modern Touch

During design, the homeowners fell in love with a large black soaker tub. We incorporated dark accents into the cabinets and mirrors to compliment the tub and balanced it all with additional windows for extra light.
