Twin homes for twin brothers

These twin brothers were ready for places of their own, while still living as neighbors. We helped them find the perfect, side-by-side lots nestled in a natural landscape. Every step of the process was completed simultaneously–from  architectural planning to ground-breaking to move in day.

While the houses appear similar from the exterior with tying elements such as the truss beams, three car garages, and double door entries–each house has a unique flair reflecting the brothers’ individual personalities.

The other brother is passionate about cooking, and that directed his selection of appliances and kitchen design. With a more edgy taste, we designed this home to reflect steampunk styling.
