Twin homes for twin brothers

These twin brothers were ready for places of their own, while still living as neighbors. We helped them find the perfect, side-by-side lots nestled in a natural landscape. Every step of the process was completed simultaneously–from  architectural planning to ground-breaking to move in day.

While the houses appear similar from the exterior with tying elements such as the truss beams, three car garages, and double door entries–each house has a unique flair reflecting the brothers’ individual personalities.

Home 1

Warm & Rustic

This brother was drawn to a more traditional style of design, selecting dark-stained cabinetry and warm neutral color scheme for the interior. The kitchen features Cambria countertops, Subzero/Wolf appliances, and an adjoining pantry with ample storage.

Grand Entry

The entry and great room are finished with neutral, warm tones and a custom furniture package. Guests are welcomed into the home through a double-door entry with an arched top. The three-level, open staircase is accented with a reclaimed wood accent wall. The great room’s focal point is a natural stone gas fireplace framed with stained beams.

Three-Season Porch

A vaulted, reclaimed barnwood ceiling adorns the porch. The natural stone gas fireplace is trimmed with a floating timber mantle. Gorgeous, full-view sliding doors make the porch and dining room feel like one cohesive space.
