This picturesque home in Deer Creek has it all, including a greenhouse and chicken coop. From its custom-designed furniture by Ruby + Suede to its stately great room featuring a 42-inch marble fireplace, this open-concept home is a dream to live in. The owners enjoy sweeping views of the lake from nearly every room, including the custom-designed kitchen with its one-of-a-kind granite center island. In the evenings, the owners can retreat to their private suite featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in closet with center island.

Rustic Lake Home
The watery-blue shake siding of this rustic-modern home mimics the clear blue waters of Lake Minnewashta. Set on an elevated lot overlooking the lake, the home features a large, eat-in kitchen with matching blue island that houses dual dishwashers. Five bedrooms and six baths carry the rustic theme throughout with natural materials and textures that complement the home’s natural surroundings. But most notable is the backyard space. West Point Avenue Remodel
The remodel of this owner’s suite bathroom is nothing short of stunning. Located in quaint Excelsior, this home was perfect in every way except for the cramped bathroom that lacked a soaking tub. Highmark Builders combined the closet and bath to create a space with ample room for a custom vanity, large walk-in shower with digital shower technology, and the soaking tub the owners dreamed of, set before a picture window overlooking Lake Minnetonka.

Haven Manor
The remodel of this Shorewood home included revamping the outdated kitchen while adding a nearby guest bath and butler’s pantry. The owners wanted a modern yet natural vibe while adding more storage space in the kitchen. The striking results feature rift-cut white oak cabinetry, a Zelige tile backsplash, and light taupe walls to complement their wooden lot.

Woodside Minnetonka Remodel
Purchasing a home on Lake Minnetonka that had good bones but needed a facelift was the goal of these homeowners. They reached out to Highmark Builders to execute their vision of a space that would be ideal for entertaining. A vaulted peak with white oak beams was added to the kitchen to give it breathing room, along with white cabinetry and a dramatic, two-tone island. The owner’s bath was also reconfigured to include a soaking tub set before a grand porcelain slab, inset herringbone floor tiles, and floor-to-ceiling white cabinets.
